Leadership work that goes deeper than performance.

HOW I WORK WITH LEADERS & ORGANIZATIONS

    Keynotes & Speaking

Bring a keynote that leaves a mark, not just a mood.

Most conference talks energize a room for an hour and fade by the drive home. I work differently. My keynotes give leaders language they can use the next morning — frameworks for what's actually happening inside their teams, honest conversation about what leadership asks of a person, and a way into work they've been avoiding.

I speak at leadership conferences, organizational all-hands, industry events, and private leadership gatherings. Topics range from the slow fade in senior leadership to the practice of leading from your actual voice rather than a performed one.

    Executive & Leadership Coaching

One-on-one coaching for leaders ready to lead from a deeper place.

What actually matters to you? Are you leading in a way that reflects it? Are you in a stretch role, a transition, or a moment where the strategies that got you here aren't carrying you forward?

My coaching is built for senior leaders, mid-career leaders, and emerging leaders across Canada and internationally — working in credit unions, healthcare, post-secondary institutions, non-profits, and purpose-driven organizations. The work goes beneath performance optimization to what I call the slow fade — the quiet erosion of meaning that happens when leaders spend years performing a version of themselves that isn't quite theirs.

Engagements are typically six to twelve months, grounded in the Regenerative Leadership™ framework, and often include assessment work (Leadership Circle Profile 360, EQi) when it serves the work. I hold the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

    Team Development & Coaching

Ongoing work with leadership teams who want to change how they work together.

Teams rarely need more strategy. They need a way to have the conversations they've been avoiding — about trust, about competing priorities, about what they actually owe each other.

Team coaching engages a leadership team over time, building shared language, repair capacity, and the ability to do hard things together without fracturing. Engagements typically run three to six sessions across six to twelve months, customized to what your team is facing. The work draws on trust research, psychological safety, BRAVING, Three Vital Questions, and your team's own values and agreements.

This is different from a single facilitated offsite. It's a sustained arc of change, designed for executive teams, senior leadership teams, and leadership groups inside credit unions, healthcare systems, post-secondary institutions, and purpose-driven organizations.

    Facilitation & Leadership Programs

Designed engagements for teams, leaders, and organizations — from single-day offsites to full leadership development programs.

Some work needs a day. Some work needs a program. I design and deliver both.

Team facilitation and offsites — single-session or short-arc engagements built around what your team is navigating: a strategic reset, a trust rupture, a values alignment, an executive offsite with a specific outcome in mind.

Dare to Lead™ cohorts and Daring Way™ programming — as a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator trained by Dr. Brené Brown, I deliver both public cohorts and in-house programs for organizations across Canada.

Custom leadership development programs — built for your organization's specific context and challenges, not pulled from a shelf. Past engagements include multi-session leadership arcs for credit unions, healthcare organizations, and post-secondary institutions.
